Customer profile: The national network of institutional laboratories of Algeria (4 regional and 7 local), performing the microbiological and tests analysis in order to assure the Public Health Safety (water, food and other miscellaneous products sampled by the Custom and Fraud departments)
Supplied services: QSSE Management expertise, coaching A to Z, training (250 persons) and audits
Project:
Financed (40 %) by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), this integrated certification project as per ISO 17025 + ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + OHSAS 18001 + Applicable local regulations, was leaded at site from A to Z by ISONORM with Gérard Blin as head of the mission and his own crew of 4 Canadian senior experts. In 2005, the four (4) regional laboratories have been confirmed to be in compliance with ISO 17025 requirements and certified by SGS. Among the other Canadian projects in Algeria, our project was the only one which has been completed within the project budget and schedule.
